Gyms finally open! Finally, after many months of lockdown, you can head off to fitness, sports classes or lift weights! But before you head to the gym find out what to wear to be comfortable.
Leggings
Leggings are an essential part of a sports outfit. They are popular for the fact that, in addition to comfort, they also make the silhouette slimmer and perfectly emphasise the assets of the figure. Remember, however, to pay attention to the material when choosing them. The fabric should be breathable, stretchy and not restrict your movements. If you also want to run in it, especially in different weather conditions, opt for a thermoactive material, which will ensure comfort during sports activities both in cold and hot weather. You can opt for long or short leggings. The important thing is that you feel comfortable in them.
Sports bra
Another item that should not be missing when completing your gym outfit is a sports bra. It provides excellent bust support, so that not only do the breasts not get in the way during exercise or cause discomfort, but above all it protects and cushions them. If the breasts are not properly protected, the delicate collagen fibres can gradually become stretched, causing the breasts to sag. So don't forget to stock up on a well-supporting spot bra.
T-shirt/top
You can work out in a sports bra or throw an airy T-shirt over it. Go for a tank top - a loose or fitted strapless T-shirt that will keep you cool and stylish.
Exercise gloves
If you like to exercise with barbells, do pull-ups or train on the equipment at the gym, exercise gloves will help you with these tasks. They will take care of your hands, which often suffer unsightly blisters or mechanical damage to the skin after a hard workout.
Shoes
Opt for soft and comfortable sneakers that are made of breathable fabrics. If you enjoy running be sure to check that the sole is flexible enough.
What else?
A bag will be helpful for packing all your belongings. Choose one that will hold all your gym essentials. Don't forget water, a towel and spare underwear too. If you're taking a shower after intensive exercise, your bag should also have toiletries, flip-flops and an extra towel.
